We see in every piece of media written by males that they are the observers, the players, the participants, the subjects. Women are the observed, the devices, the objects. We're used as the recipient of male violence in every single occassion. 'What if the male scientist who invented the medicine that can cure your wife sells it at a high price?'' The woman is not part of the story, really. She's there to highlight male evilness, and the main character is, of course, another male, one who will have an excuse to be violent and look good for it. Because he killed the evil male for the greater good. But she's never taken into consideration. She can never be the evil scientist, or the one having to take extreme action. She's the one who happens everything to. And ironically, she's also the one to blame for making him do bad things, as she got sick and he's the victim in the situation.
